With the release of 2021 American Eagle Silver Coins from the United States Mint brings with it the first-ever redesign of the coins in the 35-year history of the series. Since 1986, the US Mint has maintained the same obverse and reverse designs in the collection. To mark the 35th anniversary of the series in 2021 and position the program for the future, the US Mint is unveiling new reverse images of the American Eagle on its American Eagle Silver Liberty Rounds.
